How long does a home installation take?
Allow up to four hours for a standard install. That includes routing the cabling, commissioning the charge point, and handing over the app setup.
Will my power be off during the install?
Only briefly. Expect around 30 minutes without power while we safely connect into your incoming supply.
Do I need anything before you arrive?
Clear a three-metre working area around your meter and chosen charge point location, and know where your consumer unit is sited.
Can you work with solar and smart tariffs?
Yes. We supply solar-ready charge points and configure schedules for agile tariffs like Octopus Intelligent and OVO Charge Anytime.
